Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online platform weloveautographs.com. Deviations from these Terms by the customer are expressly rejected unless we agree in writing. Individual agreements take precedence.
2. Conclusion of Contract
Product descriptions on the website are not binding offers. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation within 5 calendar days after the customer's online order or written order.
3. Governing Law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
4. Prices, Payment, Delivery, Shipping
(1) Prices include applicable VAT.
(2) Payment methods:
– Within Germany: Advance payment (bank transfer) or credit card.
– International: Advance payment (bank transfer, IBAN/BIC) or credit card.
(3) We ship worldwide via DHL or Deutsche Post.
(4) Shipping costs are displayed before order completion.
(5) Payment must be made within 7 days of ordering; otherwise the contract is void.
5. Distance Selling Regulations
The product description is on our website. Information on the statutory right of withdrawal is under "Right to Cancel". Delivery takes place within 10 working days after receipt of payment. We do not provide after‑sales service or warranties beyond legal rights.
6. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Complaints may incur a processing fee of up to €30.
7. Electronic Commerce Information
Please see clause 2. Customers can save or print contract text via browser. Errors can be corrected using the back button before completing the order. The contract language is German.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty applies: 24 months for new goods, 12 months for used goods. Warranty claims expire after two years from delivery.
9. Autographs
All autographs are original, unique, and may vary. They are generally non-returnable. Photos may be ordered with or without a certificate (extra charge). Signed items may show signs of wear. Shipping is insured within 10 working days. If returns are lost or damaged in transit, the shipping carrier is responsible; we refund the autograph value only (up to €500), not shipping.
10. Digital Photos
Digital photos are non-returnable as service is rendered upon delivery of the download link. You guarantee lawful purchase and compliance with data protection regulations.
11. Send-in Autograph Service
This is a custom service. Requested inscriptions, colors or positioning are not guaranteed. You are responsible for shipping the item securely and on time. Insurance for return shipment (up to €500) is included; lost or damaged returns are carrier liability. If an actor cancels, we refund the autograph cost (excluding shipping). Shipping from event occurs within 10 working days.
12. Reservation of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment. You must notify us of any third-party seizure. If you resell goods in ordinary business, claims are assigned to us.
13. Battery Disposal
If items include batteries, you must dispose of used ones properly. Return of supplied batteries is free. Hazardous batteries are labeled accordingly.
14. Returns
Avoid damaging items. Return in original or equivalent packaging, freight prepaid.
15. Transport Damage
Report visible damage upon delivery to the carrier and contact us immediately. Provide photos if possible.

17. Copyright Notice
Site content and photos are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is punishable under § 97 UrhG.
18. Jurisdiction
For disputes with merchants or public entities, Hamburg courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Severability Clause
Should any provision be invalid, the others remain in effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced by legally valid ones.
